Policy version 2026-09-24.1
This policy applies to ZOTO subscriptions and paid services.
1. Stop future renewals
Open Membership → Manage subscription to stop future renewals before your next charge. The billing portal shows when cancellation takes effect. If you cannot access billing, email hello@zoto.ie. Stopping renewal does not by itself request a refund or erase your account.
2. Your statutory withdrawal right
Where the EU/EEA statutory cooling-off right applies, you may withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. A clearly disclosed trial can form part of that contract; the first paid charge does not necessarily start a new withdrawal period. Any longer period required by law, including where cancellation information was not properly supplied, remains available.
Use Cancel membership contract here on the membership page or the site footer to open zoto.ie/support?kind=withdrawal. Enter or check your name, membership identification and acknowledgement email, review the notice, then select Confirm cancellation. You can use the function without signing in. It saves the notice with its submission date/time and provides an email acknowledgement and downloadable receipt. If email delivery fails, the saved notice and original receipt time remain recorded. You may also send any clear withdrawal statement to hello@zoto.ie before the applicable deadline. The optional model form below can help, but you do not have to use it. Never send passwords or full card details.
Accessing ZOTO does not by itself remove your withdrawal right for an ongoing digital service. A proportionate charge for service supplied before withdrawal is permitted only where the applicable legal conditions, including any required express request for early performance and information, are satisfied. We will explain the basis for any such deduction. A service-contract exception for full performance applies only where all legal conditions are met.
Refunds required following valid withdrawal are made without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Account deletion is not required to exercise withdrawal.
3. Service problems and other refunds
Your statutory remedies for a service that is not supplied, faulty or not as agreed apply independently of cooling-off rights. Contact hello@zoto.ie with the problem and transaction date. Depending on the circumstances, remedies can include correction, a price reduction or ending the contract and receiving a refund. Outside statutory or separately agreed rights, ordinary renewal cancellation does not automatically refund a completed billing period.
A dispute about a partner's product or service can also be raised with that partner. This does not remove any responsibility ZOTO has under applicable law. Legitimate complaints, withdrawal requests and payment disputes do not by themselves constitute fraud.
Optional withdrawal notice
Download and complete this form, or write your own clear statement. Email it to hello@zoto.ie. Downloading or opening an email draft does not submit a notice.
