Community Guidelines

1. Zero tolerance for hate speech, racism, casteism or xenophobia - especially across the Desi, Latin and ESEA community hubs.
2. No solicitation of illegal work, undocumented migration schemes, forged visa documents or sham marriage arrangements.
3. No unauthorised multi-level marketing, pyramid referral schemes or spam job postings.
4. Report anything that breaks these rules. You can report a listing or message in ZOTO, use the illegal-content form at zoto.ie/support, or email hello@zoto.ie without an account. Identify the exact content location, explain why you believe it is illegal and confirm that the report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Contact details allow acknowledgement and follow-up; the form explains the identity exception for reports of specified child sexual-abuse offences. Do not upload illegal material. Reports require human review without undue delay; urgent threats to life or safety should also be reported to emergency services. To ask for review of a moderation decision, use the appeal form at zoto.ie/support, Feedback or email hello@zoto.ie. Give the decision reference or identify the affected content and explain why the decision should change. These routes remain available without paid access and do not restrict other statutory rights.
5. Identity verification may be required for accommodation hosts, job-referral posters and Partner Brand-facing accounts to reduce fraud.

Breaking these guidelines can lead to content removal, loss of posting rights, or permanent account termination.
