ZOTO exists so people far from home can help each other. These guidelines apply to every listing, chat and post.
Items shown in grey brackets are being finalised with our legal advisors.
- Zero tolerance for hate speech, racism, casteism or xenophobia — especially across the Desi, Latin and Oriental community hubs.
- No solicitation of illegal work, undocumented migration schemes, forged visa documents or sham marriage arrangements.
- No unauthorised multi-level marketing, pyramid referral schemes or spam job postings.
- Report anything that breaks these rules. ZOTO aims to review reports within 48 hours and offers an appeal path for content removal or account suspension, in line with EU Digital Services Act Art. 20.
- Identity verification may be required for accommodation hosts, job-referral posters and Partner Brand-facing accounts to reduce fraud.
Breaking these guidelines can lead to content removal, loss of posting rights, or permanent account termination.
