These terms apply to influencers, consultants and partners who promote ZOTO for commission.
- Commission is earned per the separate Affiliate Agreement and is contingent on genuine, non-fraudulent user acquisition - no bots and no incentivised fake sign-ups.
- Affiliates must comply with advertising disclosure rules in the audience's market. For Irish audiences, make commercial content instantly recognisable with a clear primary label such as #Ad or the platform's Paid partnership label. #Sponsored alone is not sufficient. Disclose affiliate links, commissions, gifts and other relevant commercial relationships prominently, before the audience needs to expand the post or click a link.
- ZOTO may claw back commission tied to fraudulent, refunded or chargeback-reversed transactions.
